Booking Cancellations:
- 60 days or more before departure: A full refund will be issued for most bookings. However, some travel partners or specific products may have stricter cancellation terms, which will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
- 30 - 59 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will be applied.
- 15 - 29 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be applied.
- Less than 14 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost will be applied.

- This is a general guideline, and specific cancellation fees may vary depending on the booking details. The exact cancellation policy will be displayed during the booking process and included in your confirmation email.
- In some cases, non-refundable deposits may be required at the time of booking.
- Flight cancellations may be subject to the policies of the airline you are flying with.

- In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), Yaatrinama will work diligently to find alternative arrangements or issue full or partial refunds based on the specific situation.
- If we, as Yaatrinama, discover any form of harassment or misbehaviour with staff from the field trip/hotel staff/driver or anyone linked with a Yaatrinama partner or fellow passengers, it will be strongly prohibited. Yaatrinama will take harsh disciplinary measures against travellers who damage the trip's true experience.
The refund in such a scenario will be determined by the terms and conditions, as the hotel/flight/transport cancellation policies, if any, will completely depend on Yaatrinama. A penalty may be imposed on the traveller depending on the situation and the amount of damage caused by the personnel for spoiling the experience.
